Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and msw88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the msw88 online gaming platform, including all services, features, and content available at msw88.org. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or engaging in any gaming or betting activity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

1. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on msw88, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. msw88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these requirements.

• 2You must register using your own true personal details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• 3You must hold only one active account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, msw88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending winnings.
• 4You must not be an employee, contractor, or close associate of msw88 or any of its affiliated gaming providers. Individuals with access to non-public operational information are ineligible to hold a player account.
• 5You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement on the Platform or any related gaming platform. If you have voluntarily self-excluded from msw88 and your exclusion period is still active, you must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by registering a new account.

2. Account Registration and Verification

All players must register a personal account to access real-money gaming features on the msw88 Platform. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. msw88 operates a one-account-per-person policy. Any attempt to register more than one account — regardless of the device, IP address, or identity used — is a breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification Requirements

Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. If your account holds a positive balance at the time of closure, you will be required to complete KYC verification (if not already done) before the remaining balance is released to you. Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity may be frozen pending investigation and will not be eligible for voluntary closure until the investigation is resolved.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the msw88 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). msw88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own applicable charges. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their bank or mobile wallet provider.

Deposit Rules

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit imposed by msw88, though your payment provider's own transaction limits will apply. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your msw88 balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• 2All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may be treated as a breach of these Terms. Any balance funded from a third-party source may be frozen pending investigation.
• 3msw88 reserves the right to reverse or decline any deposit that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms. In such cases, the deposited amount will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.

Withdrawal Rules

• 1The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may take up to 24 hours.
• 2All withdrawal requests require completion of KYC verification. If your KYC documents have not been approved at the time you submit a withdrawal request, your withdrawal will be placed on hold until verification is completed. msw88 will use reasonable efforts to process KYC verifications within 48 hours of receiving all required documents.
• 3Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that matches the name on your registered msw88 account. msw88 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the Platform.
• 4msw88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 BDT. These checks may include requests for additional identity documentation or source-of-funds information and may extend the standard processing time. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

msw88 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to individual terms that will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• 1Bonuses are credited to your msw88 account automatically where the qualifying conditions are met. Where a bonus requires a deposit to be made, the deposit must be completed in a single transaction. Split deposits will not qualify for deposit-match bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 2All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. The default wagering requirement on bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount unless a different figure is specified.
• 3msw88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any withdrawal or amendment will not unfairly affect players who have already accepted a bonus in good faith and begun meeting its wagering requirements.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus systems — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or arbitrage techniques — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

6. Prohibited Conduct

• 4Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider after depositing funds on the Platform is considered fraudulent conduct. msw88 will contest all chargebacks and reserves the right to permanently close the accounts of any player who initiates a chargeback against a legitimate Platform transaction.
• 5Underage access: Any attempt to access the Platform by a person under the age of 21, or to facilitate such access on behalf of an underage individual, is a serious breach of these Terms. msw88 will cooperate fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry arising from underage access incidents.

7. Responsible Gaming

Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to generate income, resolve financial difficulties, or escape personal problems. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, msw88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. msw88's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

msw88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any specific game or feature will remain available indefinitely. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. msw88 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability caused by events outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events.

10. Amendments to These Terms

msw88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, msw88 will endeavour to notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Any bets or gaming activity already in progress at the time of an amendment will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time the relevant activity was initiated.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of commercial law as applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the digital jurisdiction in which they are accessed. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
